The Dog Trainer has Arrived!!! |

Classes: (Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Obedience, Trick Classes, RallyO) We now have a dog trainer, and will be offering dog training. Our first class starting Saturday, will be a basic obedience class, and we will be adding more classes over the next few weeks. So be checking our website as we update it with classes as we get them scheduled.
Parent/Pooch Social Time: Tentatively starting June 18th, on Saturdays, you will be able to bring your dog from 1-3PM for parent/pooch/trainer social time. You will stay here with your dog while they play with other dogs. So your dog must be in your control at all times. The trainer will be available to answer questions about any behavioral issues or to give you some hints to help with your training endeavors. The cost is $10/dog to come and play. Currently, you must be a daycare customer to attend these socials.
PUPPY SOCIAL HOUR: (For Dogs one year or less in age) Tentatively to start Sunday July 12th, 1-2PM, we will have parent/puppy/trainer social hour. This will be for puppies that are one year old or less. Our trainer will work with you if you like, to help you teach your puppy the proper way to socialize with other dogs or ask any puppy training questions, or you can just let your puppy play with other puppies for an hour. You do not have to be a daycare customer to attend, but we do need to have your shot records on file. It should be lots of fun. The cost is $10/dog.
We will be posting all pricing and dates for everything on the website in the next few days. So just check the website for all the details, dates and times. Of course, most things will be cancelled for holidays and some holiday weekends. |

GROOMING |
|
The tub is installed and Todd is now grooming dogs. As long as dogs are scheduled, he will be here Monday through Saturday to foof the dogs. Small to medium short haired dogs, can receive a bath for $15. Larger dogs and basic cuts or brush outs will have additional charges. So schedule your appointment today!!!! |

Massage & Acupressure |
|
Please schedule at least a day in advance if your pup needs a massage/acupressure treatment, so we can ensure the room is set up for you. You are welcome to be in the room with Terelyn while she works on your dog. I think you will all be amazed at how the dog responds to her relaxing and healing touches. Our dogs work their muscles just as we do, so they enjoy occassional massages as well. And if your dog has any type of ailments (interna, external or mentally), the massage and acupressure treatments will help. Acupressure will help organ problems, anxiety, healing after surgery and all types of things. Take some time to read up on pet acupressure and its benefits or schedule a few treatments with Terelyn and see the difference it can make in your dog. The first 2 people to e-mail me that they saw this on the newsletter, will receive a free pkg of rabbit ears to try. |

Customer Appreciation Cookout June 26th!! |

We will be hosting a customer appreciation cookout Sunday, June 26th starting at 11:30AM and ending around 3PM. You are welcome to come with or without your pooch. We will have employees here to help and play with the dogs in the play rooms, so you can get a bite to eat. There will be food and drinks and adult beverages, and things for you to do, and some of our vendors will be here as well with some of their goodies. So just come and hang out and have a bite to eat and check out our new out back area. You are not required to RSVP, but if you plan on stopping by, please drop me a line, so we have some kind of idea of how much food to have available. Hope to see you all here. |

Summer Fun at Daycare |

A few things to know this summer: Flea season is here. Some of the dogs have been coming in with fleas. Even if your dog does not have fleas, please use some kind of treatment to ensure they do not get fleas. We will be ordering in some flea meds that we will be able to apply on your dog for you. I hope to have that in the next two weeks.
Pools: We will be putting out some kiddie pools out back on hot afternoons this summer for the dogs to splash around and play. We will do our best to dry them afterwards, but this is daycare and all about fun!!! So this is just an FYI.... |
