Pet Sitting/Dog Walking

In Home Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services Provided in the Following Areas:
Garden Oaks, Timbergrove, Heights, Shady Acres, Galleria, Midtown

The Mutt House is proud to offer our in home pet sitting services and daily dog walks. We are bonded and insured and our staff are trained in Pet First Aid.

Rules and Regulations:
1) You first must schedule an in home consultation which is Free of charge.
2) You will be required to provide 2 working keys.
3) Same Day visit request will include a $5 rush fee.
4) You must give 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation or will pay $10 cancellation fee.
5) Do Not Assume a voice mail or e-mail has booked your pet for a visit. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call, please follow up again.
7) There is a 2 Hour Window required for each walk. We cannot guarantee exact times.
6) For the safety of our staff, there will be no dog walks after 9:30PM.
7) Morning walks will be no earlier than 6:45AM.
8) Cats and other pets besides dogs must have a minimum of 1 visit per day.
9) If you will be out of town and no one will be staying the night with your dog, all dogs are required to have a minimum of 3 visits per day.
10) Please ensure pets have tags or are microchipped.
11) We allow NO extension/retractable leashes on dog walks. Please ensure your dog cannot slip out of their collars or harnesses. If we feel your collar or harness is not safe, we will use our own.
12) If your dog does not do well on leash, please provide some kind of equipment to keep the walker safe, such as a pinch collar or a gentle leader or easy walker.

Fees
$18/Visit 1 Dog (visits avg 20-30 minutes)
$15/Visit for each additional visit in the same day.
$3 Each Additional Pet per visit
Basic Training Session: Additional $10 per visit
